Privacy

This site doesn't run analytics, doesn't set tracking cookies, and doesn't have a login. We don't collect any personal data just from you visiting.

If you email us or fill out a contact form, we keep that message and whatever you sent with it (name, email address, message content) to reply to you and, where relevant, follow up about our products. We don't sell or share it with third parties. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and source repositories (GitHub) may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) as part of normal infrastructure operation — we don't access that data for anything beyond debugging and abuse prevention.

The embedded map on our contact section loads from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies per Google's privacy policy — that's the only third-party embed on this site.

This site and the content on it (copy, brand assets, code samples) are provided as-is, for informational purposes. Nothing here is financial advice or an offer to sell securities or investment products.

Our open-source projects (Typed, the SDK, the Catalogue) are separately licensed in their own repositories under github.com/tribulnation — check each repo for its specific license terms.

Litmus Ledger and Terminal are separate products with their own terms of service, presented at sign-up.

We may update this site and these terms as the company evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
